High Room Loft Conversion's main priority with any loft conversion is to ensure that the new loft staircase is designed to match and compliment the existing property staircase. We aim to provide a look of continuation ensuring that the new loft conversion blends and feels part of the existing property.
The location of your new loft staircase will, in most cases, dictate the layout of your loft conversion. For instance, should the new staircase rise centrally within your loft then this may have a dividing effect within your loft space meaning that two rooms of similar size may be created, one either side of the stair landing. If however the loft stairs were to rise at one end of your loft then this may leave the entire expanse of your loft open for a very different layout.
