Bathroom Conversions
Bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms are usually required when additional bedrooms are created within the loft. Some lofts are so large that we are able to create a new master bedroom with en-suite for which the property owners move into themselves leaving the existing master bedroom to become the guest room.
There is a lot to consider when designing a bathroom or shower room within your loft and unless it is planned correctly the overall finish, shape and layout could totally compromise the whole conversion.
Your existing hot water system also plays a major part in the decision as unless we are able to get good hot water pressure within the loft space then a bathroom or shower room would be useless. However, this can quite often be easily overcome by upgrading your existing hot water system which, in the majority of cases, will not require a boiler upgrade.
In every case, a full loft survey is required to ascertain just what can or cannot be achieved.
